Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with

HostDex is a brand operated by Qavex Technologies Private Limited. Where these terms refer to “we”, “us” or “HostDex”, the contracting party is Qavex Technologies Private Limited.

Services

HostDex provides virtual private servers, cloud hosting and related infrastructure services. Capacity may be fulfilled from infrastructure operated by HostDex or sourced from approved infrastructure providers. The service specification you order is the specification we are obliged to deliver, regardless of how it is fulfilled.

Services under development or described as planned are not part of any agreement until they are made generally available.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when opening an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out using your account or services.
• We may require identity and contact verification before or after provisioning a service.

Acceptable use

Use of HostDex services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate a service that breaches it, and we will tell you why when we do.

Fees and payment

Charges, billing periods and payment methods are stated at the point of order. Services may be suspended where payment is not received, following notice and any applicable grace period.

Taxes are applied as required by law. Specific tax treatment is being confirmed and will be stated on invoices.

Suspension and termination

• We may suspend a service for non-payment, for a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law or by a lawful request.
• Where we suspend a service, we will retain your data for a stated period before deletion, except where law requires otherwise.
• You may cancel a service in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable services, and we will publish any service level commitments explicitly when they apply. We do not make availability or performance guarantees that are not stated in writing.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, the limits of our liability will be set out in the final terms following legal review.

Changes

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you, we will give notice before it takes effect.

Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms are being confirmed as part of legal review and will be stated here before services become generally available.
