Who we are

HostDex is a hosting and cloud infrastructure brand operated by Qavex Technologies Private Limited. Qavex is the company; HostDex is the hosting service you use. Contracts and invoices come from Qavex.

What we do

We provide virtual private servers, cloud hosting, dedicated servers and web hosting. Configurations are matched to the workload rather than sold from a fixed list, which means you can tell us what you are running and get a specification that fits instead of one you have to work around.

How we think about hosting

Most hosting problems are not exotic. A server is slower than promised because resources were oversold. A migration goes wrong because nobody checked what was actually running. Support takes three days because the first two replies were scripts. An account is suspended without a reason anyone will explain.

We build and operate around those failures specifically: resources allocated rather than shared out and hoped for, realistic timelines rather than optimistic ones, support from people who work with servers daily, and a stated reason whenever we take action on an account.

Where we are

HostDex is a growing business, and we would rather say that plainly than present ourselves as larger than we are. We do not publish customer counts, uptime statistics or awards we have not earned. What we will tell you is exactly what your server will be, what it costs and when it will be ready.
