Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activity

• Unlawful activity of any kind under applicable law.
• Unsolicited bulk email, and any activity supporting it.
• Phishing, fraud, malware distribution or command-and-control infrastructure.
• Unauthorised scanning, intrusion attempts or denial-of-service activity against any system.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Distribution of child sexual abuse material, which is reported to the relevant authorities without exception.
• Cryptocurrency mining, except where expressly agreed in writing for a specific service.
• Any activity that places a service’s network or host at risk of being blocklisted.

How we respond

• We investigate reports of abuse and may ask you for information.
• We may suspend a service immediately where there is serious or ongoing harm.
• For less severe matters we will normally give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
• We tell you the reason for any suspension and how to respond.

Appeals

If you believe a suspension was made in error, contact us and we will review it. We will explain the outcome.
